Paymentus' Bill Center provides users with a centralized hub to manage their financial obligations, schedule payments, and manage billers. 

Navigate to the Bill Center by selecting Bill Center under Services on the Digital Banking home dashboard.

Bills & Payments

Upon opening Bill Center, the Bills & Payments page appears. 


From here, select information and actions are available. 

  1. Search for a payment - Search for a payment by biller name
  2. Pay additional billers - If a user needs to create a new payment to a biller, they may do so here
  3. Upcoming payments - Payments scheduled to be sent in the next 7 days are shown first
  4. Remaining payments - Other payments scheduled for later dates are shown below
  5. Payment details - Amount, biller, send date, estimated delivery date, and status display for each upcoming transaction
  6. Payment actions - Select the three dots to access the available payment actions (see additional details below)

Payment Actions



Upon selecting the three dots in the top-right corner of a payment, the user may: 

  • View activity - this will show past and scheduled payment activity to that particular biller

 

  • View / edit biller - the user may view or edit biller info, or delete the biller. Scheduled and previous payments are also shown.

  • Pay - this action directs the user to create a new payment to this biller. The user inputs the amount, from account, send date, recurring status, and memo (optional)


  • Edit or delete payment (single or recurring) - the user may edit or delete any upcoming payment


Manage Billers

In the Bill Center, select the Manage Billers tab.


  • All billers - All billers that have been added to the user's Bill Center will be shown, including the biller name, category, and preferred payment method 
  • Pay - Setup a new payment with that biller
  • Additional actions - View activity (past and scheduled) with that biller; view or edit biller information
  • Enroll in eBill - If the biller offers eBill, the user may enroll here
  • Add new billers - Add a new biller to the list. Additional instructions are found below.

Add a New Biller

1. From the Add New Billers section on the right, search for a new biller to add.


2. Select the desired biller, then input biller zip code and account number. Select Add/Save this biller.


3. The new biller appears on the Manage Billers screen.

Add Biller Manually

Paymentus' Bill Center includes thousands of billers in the directory. However, if the user does not find the needed biller by searching, they may add a new biller manually.

1. Select Add Biller Manually under Add New Billers.


2. Input the required fields for the new biller and select Add/Save.


Notifications

The user may indicate their preferences in receiving notifications about Bill Pay activity.
