Manage Product Bundles

You can create, edit, deactivate, or reactivate Product Bundles from Narmi Command’s Product List Manager. Note: You cannot delete Product Bundles at this time.

In this article:

Create a New Product Bundle

To create a new product bundle:

  1. From Narmi Command, select Account opening > Product list manager.

  2. Select Consumer banking to bundle consumer products or Business banking to bundle business products. On the bottom of the page, select Create a product bundle. If you have several products, you may need to scroll down to see the button.

  3. On the page that appears, complete the following bundle information:

    • Bundle name – Name of bundle offering (required)

    • Description – Short description displayed on the product card

    • Details #1 – First bullet point with information on the bundle offering

    • Details #2 – Second bullet point with information on the bundle offering

    • Details #3 – Third bullet point with information on the bundle offering

      • All three detail fields are required. Please do not add blank spaces as placeholders to fill the Details fields, as this will impact the tiles' design and cause an unprofessional appearance.

      • The Details fields support markdown. Go to the Markdown Guide for assistance with basic syntax.

    • Monthly service fee – The monthly service fee for the product, which defaults to $0. This field accepts alphanumeric characters so that you can include more information about monthly service fees in addition to the fee amount. The "Monthly Service Fees" header text can be customized. Please contact your Narmi Implementations Manager to edit the header text.

    • More details URL – Optional field to add a URL showing an applicant more details about a bundle. The URL format must start with https://.

    • More details copy – Optional text for the more details hyperlink specified above; if blank, the default is "More details"

    • Product #1 – Select a product to include in the bundle (required)

    • Product #2 – Select a product to include in the bundle (required)

    • Do you want this product to be hidden by default? – Yes / No to hide this bundle. Bundles marked as hidden will be removed from the default product selection and will only be visible to users accessing them from designated links. Go to Product-Specific Links for more information.

    • Changelog – Notes that appear in the changelog for staff to reference about updates (required)

  4. At any time while entering information, select Preview card to see how the bundle card will display to applicants, or select Preview on the upper right to review how all your product cards will appear to applicants.

  5. When you’re finished entering information, select Create bundle.

    The bundle automatically appears as “Active” in the Product bundles section.

    In the Account selection page of the account opening flow, the bundle appears in the Recommended tab, and the individual accounts display under Your selection at the bottom.

    Select business accounts with no monthly fees and included transaction benefits.

Edit a Product Bundle

To edit a Product Bundle:

  1. From Narmi Command, select Account opening > Product list manager.

  2. Find the Product Bundle you’d like to edit and select the three dots > Edit.

  3. When finished editing, make a note in the Changelog field and select Update bundle.

Activate or Deactivate a Product Bundle

Only active Product Bundles are shown to applicants. When you create a new Product Bundle, it is automatically activated. You can deactivate or reactivate as needed.

To activate a Product Bundle:

  1. From Narmi Command, select Account opening > Product list manager.

  2. Find the inactive Product Bundle and select the three dots > Activate.

To deactivate a Product Bundle:

  1. From Narmi Command, select Account opening > Product list manager.

  2. Find the active Product Bundle and select the three dots > Deactivate.
