With the Product List Manager, your institution can seamlessly import the exact Account Opening Product List configurations directly from your UAT environment to your Production environment.
Warning: This action cannot be undone, and updates will be live immediately.
Use caution when importing products, as the action will override all products in your current Production environment with all of the products configured in your UAT environment.
After editing the product list in your UAT environment and following the product list tips, test that the changes look as expected in your UAT environment. Next, follow the instructions below to import products from your UAT environment to your Production environment, ensuring both environments are always in sync. Once imported, the product list in your current Production environment will be immediately overridden with the product list from your UAT environment, so use caution when selecting Import product list.
There are two ways to import, depending on whether you want to import online account opening products only or ALL products (both online and Staff-Led Account Opening products).
Import Online Products from UAT
To import only online products from UAT (not including Staff-Led products):
Open Narmi Command in your Production environment and select Account opening > Product list manager.
Select More > Import product list.
A confirmation message appears. Select Yes, import online products. The online product list in your current Production environment will be immediately overridden with the product list from your UAT environment.
Import Online and Staff-Led Products from UAT
To import online products and Staff-led products:
Open Narmi Command in your UAT environment, select Account opening > Product list manager.
Select More > Download CSV. A *.CSV file of your product list automatically downloads to your computer.
Open Narmi Command in your Production environment and select Account opening > Product list manager.
Select More > Import from file.
Select the upload link and browse to the *.CSV file downloaded from your UAT environment. Then select Yes, import products. The entire product list in your current Production environment will be immediately overridden with the product list from your UAT environment.
