Users cannot edit payees within Narmi Banking. Users must make all payee updates directly on the iPay platform.
Select the payee’s name.
Select Edit payee.
Make edits and select Submit. To delete the payee, select I would like to delete this payee.
Default Account Payees
If a payee is set up with a “default” pay account and then the user changes that “default” account at a later time, the existing payee’s setup with the previous default account must be changed within the “Payee” level. Changing at just the user level will only affect payees going forward. Payees that were set up previously would not be updated, nor would payments for those payees.
