Change Wire Status

From Wire Manager you can change the wire status if your staff deems it appropriate. For example, updating the wire to the “Rejected” status. To change a wire transaction's status, a staff user must have the “Can change wire transaction” permission.

Warning

Changing the wire status is a high-risk action. Changing the status may cause the wire to skip verification, not process at all, or process multiple times. In general, only use this feature to update the wire to the "Rejected" status.

  1. From the Narmi Command sidebar, select Transactions > Wire manager.

  2. On the page that appears, select a status tab, either Review, Processed, Rejected, or Canceled.

  3. Select the transaction row to open the complete details of the transaction.

  4. From the detail page, select the three dots > Edit transfer status.

  5. On the dialog that appears, select a new Status and select Submit. A confirmation message appears.

    Note: Approved wire transactions may take up to 2 minutes to reflect as processed.
