Update Segment

Your staff can update a user’s segment directly in Narmi Command, allowing you to adjust limits and permissions without accessing the core.

Please refer to Permissions for User Actions for the permissions required to perform this action.

To update a user’s segment:

  1. From the Narmi Command sidebar, select Customers/Members, then select the user’s name to open their profile.

  2. Select Actions > Update segment.

    If you’re in the enhanced user profile, select the three dots > Update segment.

  3. Select Segment and choose a segment from the list.

  4. Select Next.

  5. A confirmation message appears, showing the current and proposed segments. Select Yes, update segment to complete the change.
