Article summary

For external accounts that were manually added by users, the status may be pending verification with microdeposits. Microdeposits are small amounts of money that financial institutions transfer into a bank account to verify ownership and ensure that the account is active. All processed microdeposits are included in the downloaded NACHA file.

Your total microdeposits amount shows in the Pending tab of DB ACH Manager under Microdeposits. These get processed when you select all transactions from the Pending tab and Manually Process

If there are no pending ACH transactions, select Start Manual Processing from the Microdeposits section.

Note: Microdeposit activity does not show in the Processed tab.

After processing, download the NACHA file. For detailed instructions on manually processing ACH transactions and downloading the NACHA file, go to Use ACH Manager for Real-Time Posting (RTP) or Use ACH Manager for Review.
