Fiserv CardHub is a card management integration in Narmi Banking that provides centralized control of credit and debit cards directly within the web and mobile apps. With CardHub, users can instantly lock/unlock cards, set spending limits, and manage recurring subscriptions from a single dashboard. By providing real-time alerts and digital issuance, it helps them secure their accounts and use a card immediately without waiting for a physical card.

Implementing CardHub

Your Narmi Relationship Manager will work with your institution to implement CardHub, including the following steps:

  1. Confirm processing setup – Your institution will ensure the processing setup and agreements are in place with your account executive at Fiserv.

  2. Finalize contracts – Your institution will sign a contract with Fiserv for Cardhub and confirm pricing. You will also sign a contract with Narmi and your customer success team to set up the project.

  3. Confirm signature and timing – Narmi and Fiserv correspond to confirm timelines and capacity. Fiserv then schedules your institution in the queue for the kickoff project.

  4. Kickoff with Fiserv, Narmi, and your institution – Fiserv initiates the kickoff call with Narmi and your institution to review project timelines.

Accessing CardHub

Once CardHub is set up, users access it in the Narmi Banking web app via the name menu on the upper right > Settings > Cards. In the mobile app, users go to More in the bottom navigation bar > Cards.
