Third-Party Transfer App

Article Summary

Your institution can have a third-party money movement app accessible to your users from the Transfers page of Digital Banking. To set up this functionality, please contact your Narmi Relationship Manager.

To send money with a third-party transfer app:

  1. From the web app, select Transfer on the top navigation bar or select Transfer funds from the Dashboard. 
    From the mobile app, select Transfer on the bottom navigation bar.

  2. On the page that opens, select the app name. Your institution configures this name during setup.
  3. The transfer app opens in a new web browser tab or within an iframe in online banking, depending on the app settings. On the mobile app, it will either open in the mobile app or a web browser, depending on the settings.


Like other NAF apps, the third-party transfer app can also be accessed in the following ways:

  • By selecting Tools on the top navigation bar in the web app
  • By selecting the app name under Services on the web dashboard

  • By selecting the app name on the home screen in the mobile app
