Activity History in the enhanced user profile is a powerful feature designed to give staff users a clear, comprehensive look into user actions performed in Narmi Banking. By providing detailed visibility into a customer/member journey, this view empowers your staff to quickly and accurately troubleshoot issues, conduct thorough fraud reviews, and understand user behavior.

Review Activity Before 8/16/2025
The Activity History displays events that took place after the feature was added, on August 16, 2025. To view older events, select Review activity before 8/16/2025... at the top of the list, which takes you to the previous History table.
Navigate to Activity History
To access Activity History from the enhanced user profile, select Customers/Members from the Narmi Command sidebar, then select a user’s name > Preview the work in progress. On the page that appears, under Recent activity, select View all.
The Activity history page that appears includes the following fields:
Event – The action the customer/member performed; for a complete list of events, go to Activity History Events.
User Agent – The device and browser that were used by the customer/member at the time of the event
IP Address – The IP address associated with the customer/member's device at the time of the event
Date – The date and time the event occurred
You can select an event in the list to view more information associated with that event. For example, transfers and payments contain information on the accounts involved, the amount of the transaction, and the transaction ID.
Sort the History
By default, Activity History is sorted by event date, from most recent to least recent. Select the arrow next to the Date column header to sort from least recent to most recent.
Filter the History
To filter the list, select the filter icon and choose one of the filter options. Select Apply to apply the filter or Clear filter to remove it. Note: If you apply filters to the list, the filtering will apply to the downloaded file.
The following filters are available:
Event – Filter by the events shown on the current page. Once you apply the filter, it will be applied to all pages, not just the current one.
To filter the entire list by a specific event:Navigate to a page where the desired event is displayed.
Select the event filter and choose the desired event from the list.
For descriptions of these events, go to Activity History Events.
User agent – Filter by the device and browser that were used by the customer/member. Select a user agent from a list of those found within the history.
IP address – Filter by the IP address associated with the customer/member's device. Select an IP address from a list of those found within the history.
Date range – Filter by the date range of when events occurred. Enter the start and end dates, or select the calendar icon to choose from a calendar pop-up. You must select both a start and an end date for the range.
Download the History
To download the data shown in Activity History, select Download on the upper right. A *.CSV file of the entire dataset will automatically download to your computer. Note: If you apply filters to the list, the filtering will apply to the downloaded file.
