Language translations in Narmi Grow ensure a user-friendly experience for a diverse customer base. By offering multiple languages, your institution can cater to non-English speakers or those with limited English proficiency. This inclusivity prevents errors, reduces application abandonment, and enhances customer satisfaction and trust. Translations broaden your customer base, giving you a competitive edge in an increasingly multicultural market.
With translations, when applicants visit your account opening URL, they will automatically see the language supported by their system settings. For example, if the applicant's device is set to Spanish, they will automatically see Narmi Grow in Spanish. If the applicant's device is set to English, they can easily choose a different language. See Choosing a Language for instructions.
We support any language in our Consumer Account Opening and Business Account Opening products, but only Spanish and French for pages using the Vouched integration. See more details of what is translated in Translated Content.
To get started, contact your Narmi Relationship Manager. We will implement the languages you choose in partnership with our third-party translator, TransPerfect. If you require any subsequent edits, contact our Support team at support@narmi.com.

Choosing a Language
Once you have translations set up, when applicants visit your account opening URL, they will automatically see the language supported by their system settings. For example, if the applicant's device is set to Spanish, they will automatically see Narmi Grow in Spanish. If the applicant's device is set to English, they can easily choose a different language.
To choose a language:
Select the Language menu at the bottom of the page. You may need to scroll down to see the menu.
Choose one of the available languages. The current page will be automatically translated, and all subsequent pages will be translated.
Translated Content
We translate the Narmi Grow user interface text, such as headings, menu selections, navigation, and error messages. We also ensure the following custom text is translated: Account Activity questions, Consumer eligibility questions, Business eligibility questions, product names and descriptions, and disclosures.
Note: The Documents Requested flow using the Vouched integration can only be translated into Spanish or French.
Applications completed in the translated Narmi Grow flow can only be reviewed by your staff in English on Narmi Command. However, any user input the applicant entered in another language is not translated to English; for example, if the applicant entered "Profesora" in the Occupation field, that would not be translated to "Teacher."
At this time, the MX integration for Instant Account Verification (IAV) cannot be translated.
