The Payments section of the Elavon platform displays all payments to and from your financial institution. Typically, the only time a payment will be from your financial institution is for a payment (which is processed monthly).
From the main dashboard, select Reports on the left sidebar. The Reports section expands and the Payments sub-section appears.
The positive amounts represent the payments made to the financial institution. The negative amount represents the fees taken from your financial institution.
Select a payment to open a page showing all individual transactions in that payment.
Select a transaction to see more details.
