Narmi Grow Entry Points in Narmi Banking

Prev Next

Narmi Grow entry points make it easy for your customers or members to find and apply for other products directly within Narmi Banking. An entry point is like a “digital doorway” inside Narmi Banking. It is a highly visible location that funnels users directly to a specific action—in this case, exploring new offerings. When configured, users can access an Open an Account menu from two convenient locations in the web and mobile apps:

  1. Under the Accounts menu on the web app:

Aqua Bank accounts section showing options to open checking, savings, or personal loan accounts.

Under the More menu on the mobile app:

  2. Via the plus icon (+) in the Balances section on the web app:

Account balances for checking and savings with an option to open a new account.

Via the plus icon (+) in the My accounts page on the mobile app:
Overview of account balances including Health Savings and Checking Accounts.

When the user selects a checking or savings option, they’re taken directly to your institution’s savings products in Narmi Grow, without having to enter personal details.

When the user selects a loan option, they’re taken to the Narmi Lend flow with their information pre-filled.
