Manage Personas

Once you create a persona, you can edit, deactivate, or reactivate it based on your institution's needs. Once created, personas can be deactivated by your staff. If you would like to delete a persona, please contact support@narmi.com.
Edit a Persona
Any edits made to a persona apply instantly, in real-time.
To edit a Persona:
From the Admin Platform, select Account opening > Personas. On the persona card you would like to edit, select the three dots, then Edit.
Make any changes to the Persona details, User type, or Product selection, and select Save.
Deactivate a Persona
Deactivating a persona makes it inactive but does not delete it. If you would like to delete a persona, please contact support@narmi.com.
From the Admin Platform, select Account opening > Personas. On the persona card you would like to edit, select the three dots, then Deactivate.
In the confirmation dialog, select Yes, deactivate. The persona moves to the Inactive tab.
Reactivate a Persona
From the Admin Platform, select Account opening > Personas > Inactive. On the persona card you would like to reactivate, select the three dots, then Reactivate.
In the confirmation dialog, select Yes, reactivate. The persona moves to the Active tab.
