Once you create a persona, you can edit, deactivate, or reactivate it based on your institution's needs. Once created, personas can be deactivated by your staff. If you would like to delete a persona, please contact support@narmi.com.

Edit a Persona

Any edits made to a persona apply instantly, in real-time.

To edit a Persona:

  1. From Narmi Command, select Account opening > Personas > Online or Staff-led. On the persona card you would like to edit, select the three dots, then Edit.


  2.  Make any changes to the Persona details, User type, or Product selection, and select Save.

Deactivate a Persona

Deactivating a persona makes it inactive but does not delete it. If you would like to delete a persona, please contact support@narmi.com.

  1. From Narmi Command, select Account opening > Personas > Online or Staff-led. In the Active section, on the persona card you would like to edit, select the three dots, then Deactivate.

  2. In the confirmation dialog, select Yes, deactivate. The persona moves to the Inactive section.

Reactivate a Persona

  1. From Narmi Command, select Account opening > Personas > Online or Staff-led. In the Inactive section, on the persona card you would like to reactivate, select the three dots, then Reactivate.

  2. In the confirmation dialog, select Yes, reactivate. The persona moves to the Active section.
