Fiserv Director is an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) suite designed specifically for financial institutions. It acts as a digital hub to eliminate paper and automate back-office tasks. For Narmi Grow, we can generate index files and send them via SFTP to Fiserv Director so your institution can import application files directly into the imaging store.
We also integrate with Fiserv Director as a document and check image store for Narmi Banking. Please contact your Narmi Implementation Manager for information on the integration with Narmi Banking.
Configuring Narmi Grow SFTP Setup for Fiserv Director

For Narmi Grow, we send the application record PDF/membership card PDF with accompanying index file once a day for applications that were opened successfully on the previous day.
We send the following files:
Application PDF/Membership Card PDF – Named
{core_user_ids[0]}-%m%d%Y.pdfApplication index file – The format is text – Named
{core_user_id}.idx
Index files contain the following information:

To configure the SFTP setup:
Go to Narmi Command under Configurations > Institution settings > Membership Card SFTP index file format.
Select Edit > Use rich editor > File Format > Director. Enter a note about the change, then select Save Changes.
