To use Digital Banking, users must first enroll. New users follow these easy enrollment steps:
- A new user visits your financial institution’s banking URL from a web browser or the mobile app to start enrollment.
- The user enters their personal information and agrees to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- If your financial institution requires two-factor authentication, has enabled enrollment codes, or the user was invited as a business sub-user, they have to verify their identity.
- Upon successful verification, the new user is directed to their account dashboard to immediately use Digital Banking.
For a complete enrollment walk-through, go to Consumer Enrollment or Business Enrollment.
Note about minor users: By default, users under the age of 12 are blocked from enrolling in Digital Banking, but this restriction can be configured by your FI via segments. Please contact your Narmi Relationship Manager for assistance.
