If a user desires, they can manage payment gateway notification emails on the User Profile page of the Merchant Interface. These can also be sent to a distribution list if the user’s email is configured that way.
Select Account > User Profile > Edit Profile Information.
Select the boxes for the email types you would like to receive. You will not receive email types that are not selected.
