What is a website review? Why are my initial transactions taking so long to post?

Once the first card funding transactions are requested via Account Opening in Production, Elavon triggers a "website review" for fraud purposes. This results in a longer than typical time for funds to post in the newly opened account. This only happens for the initial card funding requests.

Does Elavon store any customer data?

No, Elavon does NOT store any customer data. Any customer data would be stored through Authorize.net in their CIM tool.
