Your institution can present personalized product offers to users immediately after they open a new account, helping drive cross-sell opportunities and deepen customer relationships. When cross-sell offers are enabled, the approval page of the Consumer Account Opening flow includes a Recommended for you section with customized offers, making it easier for individuals to discover and apply for additional financial products tailored to their needs. The offers can direct applicants to any custom URL.
If you are interested in enabling cross-sell offers, please contact your Narmi Relationship Manager. This feature will be available as a self-service option in a future release.
Note: Cross-sell offers cannot be targeted to specific applicants; they are displayed to all approved applicants. Cross-sell offers do not appear for applications in Manual Review or Rejected states.
Offer cards contain the following fields:
Name – Title of the offer (max 40 characters)
Details – Item details shown below the title (limited to two items; max 50 characters total)
Call to action copy – Text shown in the button on the right (max 15 characters)
Link URL – The hardcoded URL the applicant will be directed to when they click the button
Logo – An icon from the Narmi Design System
