You can easily configure the Contact Us section in the Support hub with your institution's support phone number(s) or email address(es). The order of the cards can also be rearranged.

To configure the support page contact information and card order:

  1. From Narmi Command, select Configurations > Institution settings > Digital Banking > Support > Support Page Contact Us Information, and select Edit.

  2. On the page that appears, edit the bottom section to add the email and phone. To change the order, rearrange the sections within the curly braces.
    Note: Aside from the first message center card, the other cards only display to your customers if information has been added.

  3. Select Save Changes to apply the changes immediately.

If you would like to edit the email address or phone number associated with generating e-statement PDFs, as well as various notifications sent from the Narmi platform—including but not limited to emails sent for wire transfers, ACH transfers, support responses, two-factor authentication, verifying user email addresses, and verifying external accounts—edit the Support Email Address and Support Phone Number institution settings. These settings are separate from what is shown on the Contact Us page.
