Narmi’s integration with Candescent allows users to seamlessly create an account through Narmi’s Consumer Account Opening (CAO) product and then be able to enroll directly with Candescent’s digital banking platform with pre-filled information. This feature is relevant only if your institution uses Narmi’s CAO product and Candescent’s digital banking product.
Enrollment Flow Steps
The user proceeds through the Narmi CAO flow and submits their application.
The user’s application is approved and the user submits their username and password.
The user selects the Continue to Login button.
The user is taken to Candescent’s Login page where they enter the username and password they submitted in CAO.
The user is asked to confirm privacy disclosures and contact information.
The user lands at their Candescent portal.

Testing Information
The Narmi team will partner with your institution to thoroughly test the integration and ensure all possible scenarios are functioning as expected. Additional information will be provided during testing, but at a high level, the scenarios below will be tested:
Successful Paths
AO Applicant who has been auto-approved can enroll directly into Candescent DB.
AO Applicant who was manually reviewed/approved can enroll directly in Candescent DB.
Unsuccessful Paths
Applicant enters an invalid username or password.
Enrollment request to Candescent fails.
