Banno Integration

Prev Next

Narmi’s integration with Banno allows users to seamlessly create an account through Narmi’s Account Opening (AO) product and then be able to enroll directly with Banno’s digital banking platform with pre-filled information. This feature is relevant only if your institution uses Narmi’s AO product and Banno’s digital banking product.

Enrollment Flow Steps

  1. The user proceeds through the Narmi account opening flow and submits their application.

  2. The user’s application is approved and the user selects the Enroll in online banking button.

  3. The user is taken to Banno’s enrollment page, where the info they entered in Narmi will be auto-populated.

  4. The user verifies that all the info captured is accurate and finishes enrolling in their DB account in Banno.

Setup Instructions

If your institution would like to set up this integration between Narmi and Banno, please contact your Narmi Relationship Manager.
