To get started, the appropriate person or team related to funding can log in to your Authorize.net account here: https://account.authorize.net/.
Once logged in, you will see the Authorize.Net dashboard. The most frequently used aspects of the platform are outlined below. The left-side navigation contains shortcuts that you can also access by selecting the tabs on the top of the page.
Other Platform Elements
This section describes frequently used aspects of the Authorize.net platform.
Reports
Transaction Detail – Search by settled or declined transactions by day
Transaction Statistics – Aggregate transaction statistics for a particular date range
Returns – View transaction details for returned items using specific criteria
Note: ACH returns will appear in the report only if your institution uses Authorize.net for AO ACH funding; if your institution uses Narmi AO ACH Service, returned transactions will be found in the ACH Manager.
Transaction Search
Search for a Transaction – The ability to search for a transaction using multiple filters
Search by Business Day – The ability to run reports based on additional filters
Unsettled Transactions – List of all unsettled transactions
Account
Billing Information – Where billing information specific to Authorize.net is configured and where new deposits funded by ACH are sent
Statements – Location of all statements involving Authorize.net, including eCheck settlement statement, eCheck reserve statement, billing statement, and billing reserve statement (not all of these may be relevant)
