ZEscrow is a digital escrow and subaccounting platform developed by ZSuite Technologies. It is designed specifically for community banks and credit unions to offer to their commercial clients who need to manage multi-party funds. It replaces the old, manual process of opening physical subaccounts, mailing paper forms, and tracking interest by hand. ZEscrow offers 24/7 digital account management, automated compliance and beneficiary onboarding, and precise interest and reporting tools.
Our ZEscrow integration is available directly within the Narmi Banking web app. Once enabled, business users can access the platform by navigating to Tools > ZEscrow.

ZEscrow Single Sign-On (SSO)
We ensure that both FI staff and business users can access ZEscrow securely using their existing login credentials.
There are two main ways this works:
For Your Staff (FI User SSO) – Your team accesses ZEscrow using your internal identity provider (like Azure or Okta). This allows your IT department to easily manage permissions, ensuring only authorized employees can view or manage accounts.
For Your Business Users (Organization User SSO) – Business users access ZEscrow directly through the Narmi Banking platform. They don't need a new username or password; ZEscrow recognizes them automatically based on identifiers such as their banking profile or Tax ID. Users stay within the environment they already know, creating a unified experience.
