Article summary

Consumer and Business users can view their transfer limits or disclosures when performing transfers. This article describes where to view limits or disclosures when performing one-time or recurring transfers, as well as wire transfers.

Business Admin users can also view transfer limits when adding sub-users with Collaborator permissions to their business account. Go to Manage Users for details.

Disclosures for One-time or Recurring Transfers

For one-time or recurring transfers, if your financial institution has limits on transfers, or is set up to provide disclosures, a link to View your transfer limits and disclosures is available from the web and mobile transfer dialog.

The information appears onscreen. The "External push limits" and " External pull limits" sections only appear if your institution has individual transfer limits configured via segmentation. The "Organizational limits" section only appears if your institution has organizational transfer limits configured via segmentation.

Your financial institution can opt to show the "Disclosures" section and customize its text. To do this, from our Admin Platform, go to Institution Settings > Institution Transfer Disclosure. This setting supports markdown formatting, so you can add a link to additional documentation. To hide the "Disclosures" section, remove the text in this setting.

Disclosures for Wire Transfers

For wire transfers, at the bottom of the web and the mobile wire transfer dialog, select View your wire transfer limits and disclosures to learn about wire fees or limits. This may also include cut-off times for same-day wire processing.

The information appears onscreen. The "Organizational limits" section only appears if your institution has wire transfer limits configured via segmentation.

Your financial institution can opt to show the disclosure information and customize its text. To do this, from our Admin Platform, go to Institution Settings. Two settings control the information shown under the "Disclosures" section of the "Limits and disclosures" dialog that appears: Wire Information and Wire Disclosures. The text entered in Wire Information displays first, and the text entered in Wire Disclosures displays below it. These settings support markdown formatting, so you can add links to additional documentation. To hide the "Disclosures" section, remove the text in these two settings.
