Transfer Disclosures

Transfer disclosures provide essential information about transaction capabilities, limits, and processing timeframes for your Narmi Banking customers. Consumer and Business users can view their transfer limits or disclosures when transferring funds. This article describes where to view limits or disclosures when performing one-time or recurring transfers, wire transfers, and ACH payments.

Business Admin users can also view transfer limits when adding sub-users with Collaborator permissions to their business account. Go to Manage Users for details.

Disclosures for One-time or Recurring Transfers

For one-time or recurring transfers, if your financial institution has limits on transfers, or is set up to provide disclosures, users can select View your transfer limits and disclosures in the web and mobile transfer dialog.

A Limits and disclosures dialog appears. The External push limits and External pull limits sections only appear if your institution has individual transfer limits configured via segmentation. The Organizational limits section only appears if your institution has organizational transfer limits configured via segmentation.

Your financial institution can opt to show the Disclosures section and customize its text. To do this from Narmi Command, go to Institution Settings > Institution Transfer Disclosure. This setting supports markdown formatting so that you can add a link to additional documentation. To hide the Disclosures section, remove the text in this setting.
