Marketing Hub
With the marketing hub, you will be able to put together an audience or group that you would like to market to. This is done by first setting up specific audiences and then creating tailored marketing campaigns within the MX tool.
Audiences
An audience is the specific group of users to whom you will direct your campaign. You are able to build a new audience list in the Audience tab on the left-hand side of the screen within the Marketing Hub. A new audience list can be created from scratch or by importing an external GUID list.
You are able to configure the audience conditions including balance, type, interest rate, minimum payment. You are able to enable multiple conditions and the platform can help calculate the number of users included and the percentage of total FI users based on your current configurations.
Campaigns
Custom campaigns allow you to send targeted messaging to pre-set locations in MX products, as well as embedded spaces outside MX products with Embedded Spaces. Custom campaigns will be sent to users you've assigned to audiences.
Custom campaigns can be set as continuous, meaning the campaign will be sent to users in your selected audience and to new users who meet the audience criteria in the future. A continuous campaign does not mean a campaign will continuously go to the same users. Rather, it means the campaign will be sent to users who are newly added to an Audience.
