View All ACH Transactions and Regenerate NACHA Files

Article Summary

You can use the ACH Manager to view all ACH transactions for a user or regenerate NACHA files. To do this:

  1. From the Admin Platform, select the cog wheel, then select ACH Manager.
  2. Select View all ACH transactions or regenerate files.

  3.  On the page that appears, you can browse all ACH transactions and their statuses, or search for a specific transaction. Go to ACH Statuses for a list of possible statuses. Select a user's name to open their user profile. Select a date from the Processed at menu to view transactions by date.
