    Change Password for Staff

    The Change Password feature lets your staff easily change their passwords directly in the Admin Platform without receiving reset emails.

    1. From the Admin Platform sidebar, select Users > Change Password.
    2. Enter your Old password and New password. Enter your new password a second time for confirmation. User passwords can be 4,096 characters or fewer. The minimum password length can be configured by the financial institution, but we highly recommend a minimum password length of at least 10 characters. For additional information on password validation, go to Password Security.

    3. Select Change my password to finish.
